This book is designed to help the beginner to intermediate student achieve solid understanding and coordination of drumset fundamentals.

In this book you will cover some of what I think are essential concepts and foundation skills that a drummer must have in order to create music. While no book by itself can train you to play a musical instrument, I have based this book on over 25 years experience teaching students of all ages, and I believe that consistent study using this text will put you on the right road to understanding the drumset.
